About AIMC
Since 1950, the Association of Internal Management Consultants (AIMC) has advanced the profession and practice of internal consulting. Internal consultants work across functions to solve complex problems, advise decision-makers, guide change, and improve organizational performance.
Some serve on dedicated consulting teams, while others apply these capabilities through roles in strategy, operations, human resources, technology, project management, and transformation. The association gives this work a professional foundation by defining core competencies, advancing shared standards, and connecting practitioners across industries and organizations.
Board of Directors
Our board brings together practitioners with experience across a range of industries, functions, and organizations. Members at every career stage gain access to this group — gaining insight from experienced leaders, exchanging ideas with peers, and building a network that grows with you.
